With an expansive operation spread over 70 acres, we continue to set industry standards through our exceptional customer service and top-quality products.

OUR HISTORY

Four Generations of Excellence

The Clonch family legacy began with a humble sawmill in Dixie, West Virginia, serving the needs of local coal mines. Under the guidance of brothers Huey and Dale Clonch, what started as a small, family-run business has expanded into a thriving enterprise. Our team now includes 4^th generation owners Rodney and Scott Clonch, ensuring that our commitment to excellence is carried forward.

As the coal mining industry declined, we saw an opportunity to diversify. Our venture into kiln-dried lumber opened new avenues for us and became our specialized niche.

SPECIALTIES

Custom-Cut Excellence

We have grown to encompass three sites in Dixie, WV, featuring a state-of-the-art circular sawmill and 14 dry kilns. This extensive facility enables us to offer an annual kiln capacity of approximately sixteen million board feet.

Specializing in Red Oak, White Oak, and Poplar, we manufacture nearly 20 million board feet of Appalachian Hardwoods annually. Our offerings come in various thicknesses to meet your specific needs, with the predominant cut being 4/4.

MARKETS SERVED

Local Roots, Global Reach

Our reach extends beyond local markets. We have access to over 100,000 acres of timberland and source all of our timber within a 100-to-150-mile radius of our mill, ensuring consistent product quality. Managed by two full-time foresters, our timberland supply chain is both robust and sustainable.
